We strive to offer our guests flexibility while maintaining fairness for all parties.

• Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 daysbefore the scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% full refund.
• Cancellations made within 5 daysof the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, are completely non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.

Additional Terms

• 24-Hour Free Cancellation: Reservations made more than 30 days in advance may be cancelled within 24 hoursof booking for a full refund.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business daysto the original method of payment.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Full refunds may be considered in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or unforeseen government travel restrictions, subject to the provision of valid supporting documentation.

Note: During peak periods (Public Holidays, December, Easter, etc.), a stricter cancellation policy may apply. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
